Authorization Code Validity and Expiration

Background Check Authorization Codes represent a limited, non-transferable license to request and obtain one background screening through Base Ent Inc., d/b/a Info Retrieval's system. Authorization Codes do not represent stored monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or refunds.

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, Authorization Codes must be redeemed within twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance.

 

Any Authorization Code that has not been redeemed within the applicable validity period will automatically expire and will no longer be valid for submission of a background screening request.

Expired Authorization Codes have no remaining value and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or replacement except at the sole discretion of Base Ent Inc., d/b/a Info Retrieval.

Base Ent Inc., d/b/a Info Retrieval reserves the right to replace or reissue Authorization Codes for administrative or system compatibility purposes when appropriate.

Authorization Codes are issued for use by the purchasing organization and may be distributed by that organization to its employees, volunteers, or members for the purpose of initiating a background screening. The purchasing organization is responsible for managing and distributing Authorization Codes within the applicable validity period.
