InfoRetrieval Lead Investigator Appointed to Delaware's PI / Private Security Licensing Board
 
 

The President of Base Enterprise and the Head Investigator at InfoRetrieval Services, Kelly Jansen, was appointed in 2008 by Governor Ruth Ann Minner to Delaware's Board of Examiners of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies. The Board determines the qualifications of private investigators and businesses licensed under this chapter; investigates alleged violations; promulgates all rules and regulations; and establishes / enforces standards governing the safety and conduct of persons licensed as PIs. Ms. Jansen was honored to be nominated for the position and even more honored to be appointed.

Three InfoRetrieval Investigators complete "Train the Trainers" course 
 

Three Base Enterprise Investigators have completed updated Delaware's Train the Trainers course and are now qualified to teach the 16 hour course for security professionals. The course is the first step to licensing in Delaware. The second step is passing an online test at Delaware Technical and Community College. InfoRetrieval staff are now offering the 16 hour training. 
 

InfoRetrieval Investigators complete 40 hour armed security course
 

Working with a trainer from USTASC, three InfoRetrieval investigators successfully completed the required 40 hour weapons course. This certification allows our staff to provide discreet armed security while escorting domestic clients into the maritial home to conduct court ordered inspections or court ordered removal of personal belongings.
